Ahmed Yehia has over 30 years of experience in credit, investment, and the financial market. He held several positions in credit at the Egyptian American Bank (now Crédit Agricole) and joined the National Bank of Egypt as a General Manager in 2016. He has been serving as the Head of Corporate Finance since 2019. He also represents the National Bank of Egypt on the boards of two subsidiaries of the bank.
Ahmed Yehia began his professional career by co-founding a securities company called (Triple A) in 1993, where he participated in evaluating several companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange and conducted financial analysis and studies for those companies. He also participated in offering several companies for public and private offerings on the Egyptian Stock Exchange.
He joined the Egyptian American Bank (now Crédit Agricole) in 1995 and worked there until 2016, rising through the ranks to become Executive Vice President in 2010 in the Corporate Finance and Investment sector.
He also earned his MBA from the American University in Cairo in 1998
