Kholy has three decades of experience in the financial leasing industry & has been instrumental in launching several successful leasing companies, including Incolease, GB Lease, & EFG HERMES Corp-Solutions.

Currently, he serves as the CEO & Managing Director of Easy Lease, where he brings his extensive expertise to drive growth & innovation.

Before assuming his role at Easy Lease, Kholy spent seven years as the CEO of EFG HERMES Corp-Solutions. During his tenure, he established the foundational manuals & operating procedures that guided the company’s operations. Under his leadership, the company transformed into a key player in the market, pioneering comprehensive financial solutions following the merger with its factoring division.

Kholy’s background also includes significant experience in the mortgage finance sector, which has enhanced his understanding of the retail segment within non-bank financial services.

Kholy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cairo University & a master’s degree in international business administration from ESLSCA University in France.

Additionally, Kholy is a graduate of the EFG Hermes Finance & Investment Appraisal course & has earned a diploma in risk management from the American Academy for Financial Management.
