He has a CPA (from California Board of Accountancy), with a strong knowledge of US GAAP, and IFRS.

He is experienced in Companies Restructuring and Transformation, Fund Raising with over USD $1 Billion fund completion and IPO experience., he performed 10 successful ERP implementations and management; SAP-Oracle.
